We want you to find your perfect scent match, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all full-sized fragrances. Please note that discovery kits and individual samples are final sale to ensure the highest hygiene standards for our community.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different scent.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the fragrance in its original luxury packaging and shipping box to prevent damage during transit; items must be at least 95% full.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking information.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
